We actually visited Ibis Styles back in 2018 for a full week with nothing to comment on apart from the no fridges available in the room. As we were generally happy with the standard before; we booked again for our last night before heading home this time round. For one night and €120 for the stay, we were really disappointed to be met with a strong smell of what I could only suggest was faeces or broken sewage pipes from one of the rooms being cleaned or within the hallway we were in and stains of heaven knows what on the cushions placed in the rooms (see picture attached). Despite this, all the staff were really friendly and breakfast in the morning was yummy - I’d be back if the cleanliness standards picked back up again but it was sadly a put off for coming back on our next trip.

The hotel was in a great location to arrive from the airport to the station, and for a pre-cruise stay. Good breakfast was icluded and receptionist was very helpful. Very close to train station, canal tours piers, to Dam Square, yo the cruise port, and to several restaurants and shops. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Larissa at the front desk was an example of how to train hospitality professionals. She was great. Always welcomed us with a smile, great recommendations and got us in early (we did request ahead of time) but after traveling all night, it was so nice to have a room to freshen up in and rest for an hour before hitting the city. The rooms were small but clean. Water pressure was excellent. They have a good breakfast and a great breakfast manager that even remembered our room number after the first day. Because of this experience, we joined the ALL app to stay in more Ibis properties.

Perfect location, easy access to all public transport routes by central station and trams. Everything within walking distance. Staff on reception really friendly, spoke good english, always happy to help. Rooms perfect for a city break, on the small side but beds were comfy and bathroom was good.

Absolutely superb hotel as a base when touring - well priced and affordable. Very central for Tours and movement by Tram or Train and to walk main arterials. Service & Hospitality superb, nothing is too much trouble for any Staff. Breakfasts great, really good restaurant on site, superb food and quick service. Service from Schubert who ran the Hotel Breakfast Service was beyond 5*, an incredibly kind, organized, helpful and professional Man....👏👏👍👍ably supported by the Kitchen/Restaurant Staff.
